How we handle personal data on primapria.com

PrimaPria publishes editorial comparisons of natural supplements for men, vitamins and minerals for men, and energy and endurance formulas. Doing that work means we sometimes receive a message from a reader: a question about a men's vitamin formula, a correction to a page, a note about a healthy lifestyle product we have reviewed. This policy sets out, in plain terms, what we do with the information you send and the small amount of technical data the site records as you read.

Two facts shape everything below. First, this is an information site: we do not sell products, we do not take orders, and we never ask for payment details. Second, we keep correspondence short-lived. Where a message has no lasting value to the reference work, we remove it; where it produced a correction to a page about men's health support or about natural capsules for strength and vitality, we keep only what is needed to show that the page was changed and why.

The site operator can be reached at [email protected] or by post at Jl. Basuki Rahmat No. 12, Embong Kaliasin, Surabaya, 60271, Indonesia. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.

Data in

What we collect

We collect the information you provide directly. That means the name, email address, and message content you enter in the contact form. We do not ask for payment details, and the site does not process orders.

Provided by you

Name and message

The name you type, the subject you choose, and the body of your message. If you write about a page on men's vitamin formulas, we keep your note together with the page it concerns so we can check the point you raised.

Provided by you

Email address

Used only to reply. We do not add senders to a mailing list, and we do not pass the address to anyone outside the site operator and the service providers that run the hosting.

Recorded automatically

Pages viewed

Standard server logging records which pages were requested and when. This tells us whether a comparison of popular products for men is being read and whether a link is broken.

Recorded automatically

Browser and device details

General browser type, screen size band, and referring page, as sent by every web request. We use this in aggregate to keep the layout readable on small screens. Cookies are covered separately in the Cookie Policy.

Why we collect it

Contact form data is used to read and respond to your message. If you send a correction, we use the details to verify and update the relevant page. We do not use contact data for marketing, and we do not add senders to a mailing list.

Technical data is used to keep the site working, understand which pages are read, and identify errors.

Contact messages

Answered directly

A question about a dose or an ingredient profile on a men's vitamin formula page gets a written reply from the editorial desk.

Corrections

Checked, then applied

Where a reader points out that a listing is out of date, we trace the claim back to the product information before changing the page.

Site upkeep

Readership, not profiles

Page-level counts tell us which guides on vitamins and minerals for men are used. We read them as totals, not as a record of any one visitor.

Ground for processing

Legal basis and consent

We process contact data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to editorial correspondence. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal is as simple as sending one line to [email protected]; we then stop using the message for anything other than a record that a request was made.

Technical data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest in operating and improving the site. Because this data is aggregated and used to check that pages load and display correctly, it does not depend on a separate consent step.

Where you ask us to stop holding a message entirely, we delete it and confirm by reply. Where a message produced a correction to a page about healthy lifestyle products or about popular products for men, we may keep a short internal note of the change without keeping your name attached to it.

Retention

We review stored correspondence on a set cycle and delete what no longer serves the work.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the query and to retain a record of corrections. We review stored correspondence periodically and delete what is no longer needed. In practice this means a question that was answered stays for a short period, and a note that changed a page on men's health support stays attached to that page for as long as the page itself remains live.

Server logs and similar technical records are kept for a limited period and then deleted or aggregated. Aggregated figures carry no individual visitor detail, so they can be kept longer without holding anything about you.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We do not share contact details with advertisers or with the manufacturers of the products covered on this site. If you write to us about a listing in our comparison of popular products for men, that message stays between you and the editorial desk.

Data may be shared with service providers who host or maintain the site, and only to the extent needed to operate it. Those providers handle information on our instructions and for no purpose of their own. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, and where that happens we limit the disclosure to what the request actually asks for.

Your rights

You can request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion. You can also object to processing or ask us to restrict it. Each of these is handled by the same desk, and none of them requires a form.

Access

See what we hold

Ask us what we have on record for your email address. In most cases the answer is a single message and the reply we sent.

Correction

Fix what is wrong

If a name is misspelled or a detail is off, tell us and we will amend the record. The same message can be used to flag a factual point on a page.

Deletion

Ask us to remove it

We will delete the correspondence and confirm that it is gone. A detached note may remain where it records that a page was corrected.

Objection and restriction

Limit how we use it

Where you ask us to stop using a message beyond holding it, we record the request and apply it to that record from then on.

To make a request, email [email protected] with enough detail for us to identify the relevant record. Quoting the email address you wrote from and the rough date of the message is usually enough. We respond within a reasonable period, and if sorting out a request takes longer we tell you where it stands.

Audience

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and contact messages from minors should be sent by a parent or guardian.

Safeguards

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we ever learn of an issue that affects your message, we contact you directly.
